Service tech didn’t complete my servicing needs at the time of my appointment. I needed my tire patched due to a nail and at checkout, I was told I was done, completed checkout and left the property. I stopped at a gas station and noticed the nail was still there. I had to turn around and go back to the dealership. I had to wait an additional 3 hours to get this fixed. It was very inconvenient. I have bought several vehicles from here including my 2021 blazer. We had a 9am appointment called at 3pm to get an update not even been looked at yet. Tried to rent a car none available. We are in the process of buying a 2025 terverse from the dealership, but thinking about backing out. I guess loyal customers have no place in the service department. A phone call or text would have been nice however the blazer still has the issue and safety warning on the dash saying drive with caution fan running wide open and ac is disabled,,but not important enough to get someone to look at it. Must be because of my extended warranty must not pay much for the repairs.. More
