I usually always have good service here. This last time it was not good. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically stated that I needed an oil change, needed my cv joint looked at This last time it was not good. When I called to make my appointment, I specifically stated that I needed an oil change, needed my cv joint looked at because it sounds like it is going out, and needed a sensor checked because it threw a code while we were in vacation. I was assured over the phone that all my issues could be taken care of at my appointment. After arriving at my appointment and stating why I was there, I was informed that there was no technician available to look at my cv joint or sensor, unless I wanted to leave the car. Leaving the car was not an option that day. Had I been told that I would need to leave the car, I would have had made arrangements for transportation home from the dealership. This was not the first time that I have had an issue like this. The last 2 visits I have had to either wait a longer time while they got someone to look at the issue with my vehicle or was told that I could not have service performed at that time because there was no one available. Both previous times I stated what needed to be done when I made my appointment and both times was assured that everything could be taken care of at my scheduled appointment. This is very disappointing because I purchased my vehicle here and wanted to continue to have it serviced where it was purchased. Will not be back. Loyal customer lost. More

When putting truck in drive to reverse or back and forth it makes loud pank noise which didn’t start until about 3,000 miles. From the first time I locked it in 4/4. In the transfer case loud roaring noise. Stingray said nothing was wrong with it. And couldn’t duplicate the noise. I get my keys crank it up, put in reverse......plank I lost it! More

Fantastic Service! Brought my Silverado in because the water pump seemed to be leaking. Received a quote to replace the water pump and the serpentine belt. Twenty minute Brought my Silverado in because the water pump seemed to be leaking. Received a quote to replace the water pump and the serpentine belt. Twenty minutes after arrival the service manager let me know that the price would be a bit higher because the A/C belt was bad and the water pump replacement required a different thermostat and housing. The new price was reasonable considering the additional parts needed. I arrived at the dealership at 1pm and I was back on the road at 2:45. A full fifteen minutes faster than the quoted time to complete the repairs. I would recommend this service center to anyone who asked. More
