We browsed the internet for the car,model,color, and options we wanted and found it at Bartow Chevrolet. I went to Bartow Chevrolet after 5:00 P.M. on Monday June 21, 2010. I had done my research beforehand and knew exactly what I wanted. Tom Johnson was my sales assoc. and he was great! I drove out at 7:15 P.M. in a 2010 Impala LT, completely satisfied. Tom worked with me and another customer at the same time, and never made me feel unassisted. I highly recommend this dealership and Tom Johnson. Not only did the dealership offer me exactly what I knew my trade in value to be, but I received a fair price for the Impala I purchased too. Plus, I was not shuffled from one person to another. The only time I saw or spoke to anyone other than Tom was when I signed the loan documents.
