This is my 3rd vehicle that I have purchased from Bartow Stingray. This should tell you that their customer service is the best. My latest purchase is the beautiful new 2025 Equinox RS in a stunning blue color w/leather interior. OMG I'm completely in love!!! I thought I would really miss my Blazer, but this Equinox changed my mind after just a short test drive. Valentin was nothing short of phenomenal with the process of trading the Blazer and getting us a great deal on the Equinox. Thank you, sir. I was the stupid one that stayed. Even when he'd pass me in the waiting area, I was lucky to get a grunt out of him. He is definitely hurting your business, getting you low scores on surveys, and losing several customers on the spot or preventing them from coming again. As a prior leader myself, I would immediately confront his behavior. If he's been counseled before, then coach him out. I'm confident you aren't this desperate for service employees. Justin Lawson on the other hand is exceptional. More
