I came in to get 4 new tires and an alignment on my Equinox. I guess they were having some problems with their tire machine on Monday. I brought my 2021 C8 in for replacement of the left rear strut. When I went to pick up my car it was incredibly dirty! My car is always garage kept and recently It was cleaned with clay bar and then coated strut. When I went to pick up my car it was incredibly dirty! My car is always garage kept and recently It was cleaned with clay bar and then coated with a ceramic protective coat. WQhgen I dropped off the car to you it was immaculate. When I picked up my car from you when the repair had been completed about a week later my car was so dirty I could not see well enough out the front windshield to be able to drive safely. When I asked if you could do something about the situation the employee I spoke to pointed me to a nearby area and said something about, "If you drive over there you may find a water hose you can use." I then asked if the wash department could help and the same employee said to drive way around the back to the wash department. Eventually I saw water puddle outside a building bay and asked the person there if he could do something about my dirty car, He called a coworker over and the coworker sprayed a jet of water from the hose he had been using. He sprayed the windshield and the front hood and I could then see well enough to drive. I am surprised Stingray doesn't return luxury vehicles in a clean condition after a repair service. More
