David and his dream team (Angelo and Austin) were DELIGHTFUL every step of the way. Total white glove customer excellence. Stillman is a very well-oiled machine - my advice is to change NOTHING. They DELIGHTFUL every step of the way. Total white glove customer excellence. Stillman is a very well-oiled machine - my advice is to change NOTHING. They are the gold standard. David's follow up and follow-through was unequalled....always with a smile and was behind the scenes ensuring a flawless experience from the moment we met him. I mean, WHO DOES THAT???? David does. Angelo (finance) is an entity unto himself. We've NEVER met a finance person we liked because our experience has been that they typically don't have people skills. Angelo was comprehensive, kind, and always treated us like we were family. Like he said, he does the financing every day, but customers buy cars once every ten years. His perspective and attitude is hard to find when dealing with organizations while making a large purchase. He really made Stillman shine. Austin has the patience of a saint and the knowledge of the entire internet. We understand how our car operates and left with no questions. So do we recommend Stillman? 100%. If you are fortunate enough to get David, Angelo and Austin, you are guaranteed the most positive experience buying a car. We suggest you ASK for David, Angelo, and Austin....why not? Guaranteed you'll be delighted. Thank you David, Angelo and Austin. If the three of you could give courses in other industries and teach organizations and individuals to replicate your professionalism, positive attitude, customer excellence habits, and how you show up, the world would be a better place and customers, like us, would be happy all.the.time. David Parry was terrific to work with as I purchased my sixth Volvo from Stillman. He made the hard parts easy and kept the complicated parts simple. I enjoyed his good cheer and sense of humor throughout sixth Volvo from Stillman. He made the hard parts easy and kept the complicated parts simple. I enjoyed his good cheer and sense of humor throughout the process. As he always does, Brad Stillman made sure I got the best possible deal on the car. He shows his appreciation for loyal customers and works hard to maintain that relationship. His effort to make sure I get the fairest deal is one of the big reasons I keep returning to Stillman. Angelo Molinaro wrote-up the transaction with his customary professionalism, and Austin Zeitter made sure I clearly understood the technology before I drove off the lot. I know when it comes time for service I will get excellent work and attention to detail, as I have for twenty years in the Stillman service department. Stillman Volvo is simply a great operation from start to finish More
