I have purchased and leased many vehicles here at Stewart and have been pleased with the service and the deals. On the sale side, my purchase was easy and they even delivered the vehicle to my home for my wife with a red bow for her to take pictures in our driveway which was a special touch and certainly very appreciative as I did not asked for that but I let it be known it was for her so that was nice. I recommend Stewart for your next vehicle and I will continue to use the service department for my car needs in the future. More
Lied to and Misled If I could give 0 stars I would. I found a car that I wanted online and inquired about its availability. I arranged to see the car the next day and If I could give 0 stars I would. I arranged to see the car the next day and told the sales person that I would be there late in the morning (I was driving from about 3 hours away specifically to see this car, so I got there as early as I reasonably could). Upon arriving, I was told that the car I was interested in had been sent on a 2-day test drive that morning. When I complained, the salesperson (same one I talked to the night before) just shrugged and said "you should have gotten here earlier." He didn't even offer an apology. I obviously didn't buy a car here, but if this is the way this company treats potential customers, I probably dodged a bullet. More
vehicle service/ride home,but wont give you a ride back? whats up with this? No ride back to dealership. I was told that they no longer provide a ride back to pick up your car. The next day I made an appt across the street at serramonte ford for service,talk about night and day as far as service. I hope that stewart Chrysler goes out of business no one should be treated the way I was treated at stewart Chrysler. More
