He made sure, when I decided on a different color, that he got the car for me. He contacted me immediately, after a number of hours of waiting, to let me know the car was on its way. I had been eyeing a truck on the lot for weeks. Ken was not available (helping another customer, totally fine!) and so I sat at a random desk nearby waiting patiently. I am SUPER glad I sat there. Graham arrived at his desk and immediately engaged me in conversation about what I was there to do. I knew I wanted the truck, but needed the “stars to align” for this to be the one. Immediately, Graham let me know that he’d do his best to help me as much as he could, but if we didn’t end up doing biz, no problem! I asked him for a full rundown of the new tundra, to pull my credit, appraise my trade-in Tacoma, and more - with no actual promise I would pull the trigger. I grilled Graham on everything I could and he went above and beyond for all of it. I’m a sales person by trade and I sincerely appreciate him not using any “sales tactics” but rather educational and candid transparency. By the end of the 3 hours I had spent with him, he hadn’t convinced me; but I had convinced myself that I need this truck! Financing, trade-in, everything was a breeze.
