I was just poking around for a new tacoma trd sport long bed. Some say it is like chasing a unicorn. I was on a .com search and put in a inquiry to Stevinson. I was supposed to get a reply from a sales person, but someone dropped the ball and a couple weeks passed buy and I got a random email from a tech rep asking how the experience was. I replied honestly and told the rep that someone dropped the ball and I have moved on. The reps name is Stephanie Kost and if it were not for here my business would have went somewhere else. She immediately replied and apologized for the lack of service. She asked what i was looking for and continued to help me out for over a month via emails on finding what i was looking for. Her attention to detail, professionalism, level of customer service and kindness in the whole process is second to none. When i found out she was not a sales person and was not going to close out the deal I was let down. She assured me the sales staff at Stevinson are next level and i would be taking care of. Then came Graham Gogeun our sales person. Cant say enough about Graham. I experienced the same top level service from Graham as I did from Stephanie. Graham made the whole process easy and painless and worked with us in every way. Took his time with understand the new vehicle and all its features and has been available after the sale to answer any questions I had. next was the finance department. Our finance guy Aj was another asset to the deal. Another great experience as Aj took the time and got us in the right deal for us as far as the loan and the extended warranty. The whole expeience was awesome and it is really all owed to Stephanie for the follow up. The best part is that it was a no pressure, no hassle sale and the people are not just about the sale, they are about the after sale follow up as well.
