Easiest Car Purchase Ever! Toyota Hybrids were high on our list for new vehicles. When we entered Stevinson we were greeted with a smile and handshake by Ben Reifinger. We test drove the Rav4 hybrid and left. No high sales pressure from Ben. After discussing our test drive, which we were very impressed with, we returned to Stevinson and Ben asking to drive the Highlander hybrid. Ben happily took us out. Another great test drive and no pressure. We returned to Ben one more time for another Highlander and Rav4 test drive. Ben patience was amazing; no pressure! Ultimately, we decided on two Highlander Hybrids, and we wanted to order them. Ben gave us the next date to order and off we went. We returned to Ben with our "builds" and he placed our orders. Took a credit card, but there was really no money down! After taking our orders he explained that because we were purchasing two vehicles we would be given a great deal. We thought "that remains to be seen". Ben stayed on top of our orders and let us know when to expect the cars. Finally the day arrived. Yes we were given a great deal, better than what we were going to offer and they gave us exactly what we wanted on our trade; no haggling, bantering back and forth on new vehicle price or trade in. Easiest purchase ever! Ben has also stayed on top of additions we ordered through finance! I feel like we have a friend in Ben. He is easy to work with, goes above and beyond, and I will definitely recommend Ben and Stevinson to friends wishing to purchase a Toyota. More
