My daughter and I recently visited Stevinson Toyota to purchase a car for my daughter. I had financing pre-approved through my own bank. Michael the salesman who was helping us told me I had to complete a purchase a car for my daughter. I had financing pre-approved through my own bank. Michael the salesman who was helping us told me I had to complete a credit application in order to purchase the car I wanted.Even if I paid cash. He called his manager John Gentry over to clarify that it was Stevinson's policy to fill out a credit application or we could not purchase the car. He was extremely rude. I'm an highly educated women(teacher/principal licensed) who has purchased many cars so I knew this was not accurate. I called my bank and they stated the dealership was in error. John in his arrogance stated they could offer me 9% interest. I stated my interest at my bank would be less than 5%. I ended up purchasing an upgraded, low miles, V6 Toyota for substantially less than Stevinson offered with 3% interest. Women beware. DO NOT shop here. The manager is rude, arrogant, ignorant and dishonest. My credit score is rated well enough to receive a 3% rate. I found a better deal else where. More

I made a service appointment online after hours for the next morning at 7:30am. I arrived 5 minutes early and was promptly greeted by Brian Ballard. They have handheld tablets so they can pull up your information right there and check you in. I was shown where the waiting room was and told my oil change & tire rotation would be about an hour. Inside the showroom, everything was nice and clean with plenty of seating areas so social distancing was not a problem. Exactly 1 hour later I received a text that my vehicle was ready, just as promised. I know this was just a basic service, part of the Toyota 2 years maintenance plan but the previous two services at another dealer back in FL did not go as well so xxxxxxto Stevenson Toyota West for having a perfect streamlined system in place for your customers and to Brian Ballard for a top notch service experience. More
