After the car came in Jimmy spent time showing me how to operate the vehicle and answering my many questions. (My prior vehicle was 12 years old and did not have any of the new electrical options this vehicle had.) I did not once feel pressured or rushed during the entire process of looking at, ordering and purchasing the vehicle. Overall, the service was exceptional! More

Early on a Sunday Mornin This dealership is constantly 3+ weeks out in service appointments. You have to have an appointment for as little as an oil change. I made an appointm This dealership is constantly 3+ weeks out in service appointments. You have to have an appointment for as little as an oil change. I made an appointment to get service and mount my winter tires. I was told on check in that the service would take 1-1.5 hours. Also, even with a service plan, you have to refute their quote at check in because they had no idea it had a service plan, and I bought it at this dealership! 1.5 hours in, the manager told me it was close after he thought I was someone else. 4+ hours total, and the truck was still not done. Then, after leaving a negative review, the assistant director of service intended in contacting me, but mixed me up with someone else and text me early on Sunday morning asking me about that customers parts order. I’ll take my business to Groove Toyota from now on, even though it means adding 1 hour round trip to my 4 hour round trip to see the dealership. They’re great at getting you into a car, but the service is a joke once you sign on the line. Go anywhere else, otherwise you’ll be on here after wasting an entire day getting an oil change and getting bothered by texts from the dealer early on Sunday morning. More
