I had a great experience with Stevenson. I dealt with the parts department. I spoke with Briane and she was very descriptive and helpful. She knew exactly what was going on and was very organized. James Russell delivers THE BEST Customer Service, bar none. Teamed with Gary Kreider's added expertise, they have set a very high standard for Trust, Loyalty, and Friendship. Their integrity is without question. The slightest question as a customer always receives an immediate answer from James Russell, or a voicemail as to when he will return my call. I have developed a confidence in his counsel about my vehicle care that together we decide upon the most reasonable strategy, or course of action. James is first and foremost all about Service. He does not sell services to drive revenue for the company. I will always time my visits around times best for his schedule . . . and his schedule offers me flexibility and alternatives. He makes himself available, and offers alternatives if his commitments are many. Not once over the past many, many years of service has he ever not successfully met my needs as a customer. Without hesitation, I have referred others to him for reliable service. James serviced my previous vehicle, 1990 4-Rnr Standard that I sold with 250K miles. I did so because of the availability of a 1999 4-Rnr Standard from Gary Krieder's wife. This is the first previously owned vehicle I have ever purchased. Based upon my relationship with James and with Gary as a Team, I had the confidence to move forward with the transaction. In the final analysis, the success of this dealership is grounded upon Relationships. James builds relationships. There is not a stranger he hasn't met. He is a people person in addition to being a professional who knows his products. He welcomes everyone with a genuine, inviting warmth and smile. Gary Kreider is a highly skilled and trained Technician, and Mechanical Engineer whose love of what he does radiates with each opportunity to serve. My wife and I went in to Stevenson Toyota to talk with them about selling them a vehicle and about possibly trading in asecond fora new Toyota Prius. We have dealt with then exclusively for the last 20 years. Their service has always been prompt, courteous and great. I hadrecently retired and we had cars that no longer suited our needs. Nelson Im met with us, took my wife for a test drive of a Prius, and we began talking with the manager, Mike, about selling them my Tacoma and trading our Avalon for a new Prius. We had a very easy stress-free time talking with Nelson and Mike and negotiated a tradein of both vehicales for the new Prius, saving lots of money in taxes on the new vehicle. Nelson was very knowledgale about the vehicle and has been diligen infollowing up with us to be sure all our questions were answered. We strongly recommend Stevenson Toyota and their sales staff. Right away I was met by Tony and was put at ease. He was very welcoming, not at all pushy, and answered all of my questions. I ended up with a much better deal than I had expected and a car that is PERFECT! Mike Doucet was wonderful in helping with the financing. I am completely satisfied. I have been coming to Stevinson for almost 17 years and have dealt with Mark almost the entire time. He is always the utmost professional and takes care of me. My visit on Thursday was no different. Really, I prefer that no one else help me except Mark. The thing I like the most about him is that he always remembers what has been happening with your vehicle.
