Our experiense with Stevinson Toyota West was the very best we have ever had, throughout the process of purchasing a new vehicle. The entire transaction, from beginning to end, could not have been more comfortable and pleasurable--and, everyone we encountered at the dealership could not have been more friendly or welcoming. Even our dog was invited to come in out of the heat, and enjoy the beautiful, air conditioned show room! Tony went out of his way to ensure that every detail was perfect, and even came in on his day off to be there for delivery of our vehicle, and to again go through the specifics of operation with us! We highly recommend Stevinson Toyota West to anyone considering the purchase of a new or used vehicle, and personally plan to continue our relationship with them as we maintain our Tacoma through the years! I have been working with James for close to 8 years. He is very knowlageable of my vehicle and past repairs that have been completed. Every time I have a problem or concern with my vehicle, he is able to is very knowlageable of my vehicle and past repairs that have been completed. I purchased a used car from Stevinson West and had the usual experience. I however had not intended to use the service department. I needed to because it was a Toyota certified vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised with his help. That was 2 1/2 almost 3 years ago and he is still as warm and genuinely friendly and helpful as our first meeting. In almost three years I have met many people there. The experience is always positive. However James is great and I feel like I have nothing to worry about. If something does go wrong I know He and the Service Staff will take care of me and my family in the best way possible. I feel as though I am going to have to stick with Toyota just so I can use this service department. I have referred many people and none have been disappointed.
