To often you hear the horror stories about buying a new car. My expereience hass been just the opposite. His demeanor was that of a knowlegeable professional but never came across as a pushy sales type. In fact , I laughed and had more fun at the dealership than I have had in a long time. What a great time and while buying a car no less. My delivery was flawless. Tony Nwoke was great. he stayed later than the end of his shift in order to make sure that I knew every inch of my new car including the Toyota Entune System. The next day I came back to bring in some more paperwork and asked to have some decals removed from my new truck. Shawn Casement, assisitant service manager, was more than accommodating. He got his guys on it right away. He then proceeded to help me understand my new vehicle even further by showing me some minor adjustments about the vehicle. He really went out of his way to make me feel part of the family at Stevinson. In the end, I really felt as though I was part of a family that now included the Stevinson Toyota crew. Tony was spot on and extremely nice. Not your typical pushy car salesman. I have been to this dealership and many others and had experiences that weren't easy as the salesman was trying to sell me someth pushy car salesman.
