I hate buying cars. In the past I have felt pressured and pushed, not to mentioned treated like a "stupid female". Will Douglass was great to work with. I always felt appreciated and never rushed. I have bought two new Corollas from this dealership in the past 2 months. Every experience has been great. Will was new at the game but right away we connected on a personal level. I don't expect a salesmen to be perfect but I do need them to be honest, forthright, genuine and friendly, all of which would descri personal level. After a long day of test driving cars at other dealerships, it was refreshing to work with Will. He wasn't pushy and I felt like he had our best interest in mind. Which is a number 1 motivating factor for me in a dealership. His follow up with me after the sale was also well received. He seems to go above and beyond to make your customers feel comfortable This was my second time purchasing a vehicle from Stevenson. The first time was so pleasant and received such a good deal, I mentioned it to a buddy who ended up purchasing the same truck as I did. From the moment we walked in the door to the time we drove away in our new (used) vehicle, we enjoyed our experience at Stevinson Toyota West. The front desk paged Sam and he was right there, waiting for us. He immediately took us to the vehicle my husband had called about. It was parked in a heated garage, ready for us to take it on a test drive. We were very impressed. Sam was knowledgable about the vehicle and through the negotiating process we felt that he was very up front and honest with us. Something we didn't feel we had gotten at the 5 other dearlerships we had worked with in the last 2 months. Once we had settled on the final price and had our financing approved, we were taken upstairs to the financial offices. There, Ron Taylor took over and went through all the contracts and paperwork with regard to our trade-in, loan and warranty. He went through everything with us as quickly as possible and was also a pleasure to work with. Once we were done signing the paperwork, Sam came back to take us to our new purchase. While we were upstairs, the dealership had the car washed and again, waiting for us in the heated garage. However, before we got out there, John Petro approached us to make sure we had enjoyed our experience. He thanked us for our business and made a point to tell us that their service doesn't stop when we drive away. He gave us his business card (Sam gave us his as well) and they both told us that if we ever had any questions to feel free to call them. Then Sam went through the vehicle with my husband to make sure he understood how everything worked, and off we went. The entire transaction went so smoothly that we were shocked when we realized we had been there for 3.5 hours. We never felt like we were made to wait and "sweat it out" like other dealerships had done. We never once felt like we were wasting their time or that we were pressured to buy the vehicle. I also felt that everyone's kindness was genuine and not just to "make a sale". We will definitely recommend Sam Kozlowicz to our friends and family and we will definitely be return customers in the future! More
