Sales is great but service is lacking. Came in with a 2025 4runner i had purchased here after I had replaced the rims and tires with aftermarket for a TPMS relearn and ABS issue. They took it back and had the TPMS reprogramming done but then drove it out front with all of ABS malfunction lights on, told us it was done. We walked back in and inquired why all the other malfunction lights were still on and they said we needed to make another appointment ( which was 2 weeks out) for that issue. I feel that if a vehicle is brought in with 861 miles on the odometer and all of the ABS related systems have been shut down you would address the issue since I made the appointment for it. Also 10 miles down the road the TPMS light came back on and I had to take it a tire shop to have it properly done and the light has never come back on since More

The service department is always attentive and often go above and beyond. After getting a flat on the way to work the service department took my RAV4 in without an appointment, took the time to find the ri above and beyond. This is the review for the Service Department. I requested to replace a broken tail light assembly and scheduled an appointment. My friend brought the car to them because I was not in the area. Th I requested to replace a broken tail light assembly and scheduled an appointment. My friend brought the car to them because I was not in the area. Their service agent said over the phone that the part was in stock, then reported that the work was done in a couple of days, and then charged $900 for the part plus labor. I asked my friend to pick up the car. My friend noticed that they replaced the light with a used and damaged one, and then he called the manager. After a 40 min wait, the manager came and admitted that the service was not rendered and that it should be redone after ordering a new part. They never called me back to apologize, and their service agent never picked up the phone when I attempted to call them back. It is not just unprofessional, it is outright fraud. Stay away from these guys. More
