I contacted Stevinson by phone after finding a 4runner online that interested me. They were professional from the first call. I spoke with Mike who informed me about the vehicle. Days later I was able to make it to town to test drive the 4runner. He had called me the day before to let me know that the vehicle was still available. I appreciated the contact and the info - it came with no push to sell, just the info I needed. When I arrived there was a little confusion on the vehicle - I needed a hitch which it did not have but Mike had told me that it did. He immediately told me he would make it right if I wanted the 4runner. The entire rest of the process went very smoothly without any hassle - and Mike did make it right bt installing the hitch that I needed. Mike was also great in finance. I recently purchased a vehicle, and I was extremely satisfied with the customer service at Stevinson Toyota West. Originally I stopped by the dealership only to test drive an FJ Cruiser and was not pl satisfied with the customer service at Stevinson Toyota West. However, Will Douglas (Sales) was particularly helpful, and I didn't feel the pressure I expected from a salesperson while I was there. I felt like I was really being taken care of and that my needs were being met so I decided to buy THAT DAY! Surprised myself, actually, as this is the first brand new vehicle I have ever purchased in my life, believe me...it's a big deal! I believe that they will take great care of me throughout the years, as they seem to be a very reliable establishment, per the service I received. Will Douglas has since followed up with me to ensure that I am still happy with my buy...which I AM :) Good customer service is very important to me and due to the professionalism of Will Douglas and the other employees there, felt like this was the right choice! Tony and I have been emailing each other for three months or more as I was trying to decide what vehicle I was going to buy. Tony was pretty patience as he had already spent some time cooresponding with me and I delayed. Tony kept me appraised of the inventory and all the end of year specials for a couple of months until I saw a deal that I decided I could not walk away from. I made an appointment (finally) to see the truck on Saturday and had to cancel due to bad weather and come in the following Monday. I'm sure Tony thought this was never going to happen but he was very professional and stayed with the proccess. When I got there I decided quickly and told Tony that I didn't want the buying experience to be an all day proccess. The loan proces went quickly with all items covered but no high pressure sales pitch- nice! One of the longest parts was getting a second key made which really wasn't horrable at a half hour. More
