Sam displayed a great deal of candor for the duration. We closed off our transaction by sitting down with Ron Taylor, the finance manager and he was incredibly friendly and helpful. I can truly say that if you are shopping for a vehicle around the Denver area, save yourself some trouble and start here. We felt this dealership was fair, the staff was straigt forward and friendly. We went to three other dealerships and felt this toyota dealership was honest and did not engage us in hours of negotiation li forward and friendly. I was looking to trade in my RWD sedan for a used 4Runner. Klaus was very friendly and knowledgable. He was willing to work with me on the trade-in value and the sales price, and even threw in a tank 4Runner. Klaus was very friendly and knowledgable. I'm very pleased at how nice John Petro was with and about the trade in(top dollar compared to 3 other Toyota dealers).
