This is the 3rd Toyota Rav4 that I have purchased from Stevinson, so I knew going in that Stevinson was going to be my dealer of choice. However, I did not know that I would have the pleasure of working w Stevinson, so I knew going in that Stevinson was going to be my dealer of choice. However, I did not know that I would have the pleasure of working with two compassionate, effecient and thorough employees, Will and Jay. Because I first looked at your inventory online and expressed my interest, Will answered virtually all of my questions before I ever set foot in the dealership. So basically all I had to do was test-drive the car and go through the financing process. To my surprise, even the financing process was painless. Jay explained everything to me, and even though my credit is not as good as I would like it to be, Jay treated me with respect. The entire process took just over 2 hours, which is definitely a record. I will refer every family member and friend to Will and Jay at Stevinson. Thank you both for the greatest car buying experience I have ever had. More
Don Rollins was a pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly and never made me feel pressured to by the used vehicle I was interested in. I have in the past had bad experiences buying an automobile bu friendly and never made me feel pressured to by the used vehicle I was interested in. I have in the past had bad experiences buying an automobile but this was not one of them. Debbie in finance also made the experience enjoyable. We were very turned off by most of the salesmen we came across until we met Sam Kozowicz at Stevinson Toyota West. He was very professional, informative and most of all he did not try to sell us a car the first time in. We felt very relaxed and at ease which was extremely important to us. There’s nothing worse then driving away feeing like you may have made some different decisions had you not felt pressured… We would definitely buy another vehicle from Sam and if you are in the market for a new/used car, I recommend you start by talking w/ Sam first! Will responded to my email request for a test drive on the used 4Runner I was interested in. From the beginning, he was courteous, very friendly, straightforward and trustworthy, and made sure he listene the used 4Runner I was interested in. From the beginning, he was courteous, very friendly, straightforward and trustworthy, and made sure he listened and answered all my questions. He and the Stevinson staff put together a reasonable and fair offer for my trade-in, and asked what I thought was the appropriate price for the car I bought. He handled the whole transaction very professionally. We were also pleased with our interaction with Debra Avants-King in the Finance office. She was a pleasure to work with. No pressure - understanding - kind - friendly - great price. Went to other places, they were TOO pushy - I accidently locked my keys in my car and they were still trying to get the sale in exchang price. I worked with Will Douglas for several weeks when I started my buying process. My main focus was on the Sequoia. With such a variety between years, engines, towing capability etc. I had many, many ques started my buying process. My main focus was on the Sequoia. With such a variety between years, engines, towing capability etc. I had many, many questions. I also live in Breckenridge so a quick trip down to check them out was not an option. Will was always very quick to reply. If he didn't have the answer at that moment he let me know that the answer was coming soon. I really appreciate that. With the info provided I decided that I didn't really need to 5.7L and the 4.7L would meet my needs. It also was much more realistic for my budget. Last week Will reminded me that the 2007 Black Sequoia was still available. That reignited my interest and now I own it. I was aware that Will would not be around the day I came in. I learned that he too has a family and that time with them was important and he wouldn't be able to meet me. No problem. We made arrangements for me to meet with another sales rep but he had clients booked when I arrived. When I did arrive on property I was directed to Don Rollins by the receptionist. When Don was asked if he had time to help out Will Douglas's clients he responded with an "absolutely". From there is was more smooth sailing. Don did a great job of working with me on my needs , getting the transition taken care of and making the process smooth. I am very satisfied with the price I paid and the service I received. Debra was wonderful as well. She really helped show me my options for payment. That type of teamwork between sales agents and all departments and the overall response time and professionalism will make me a repeat customer.
