I let my credit go downhill in the past few years, my own fault, but they did work with me. They didn't try to force me into anything I didn't want, and they made sure I was comfortable with the payments, w fault, but they did work with me. First of all, they didn't have the car I wanted so Will went to work to locate one for me, which he did in a timely manor. Secondly, Will worked very hard with his sales managers to give us the very best price. I am a hard negotiator so he really had his work cut out for him dealing with me! And lastly, we had all three of our (small) children with us and EVERYONE there was very patient with us and our tired, fussy children. We were all very tired after a long day but you would never know it with the staff. I have already recommended this dealership and Will to a friend considering the purchase of a new Sienna. I hope to see Will again at Stevinson when we go to purchase our next new car in 10-12 years! It really was a wonderful experience! More
