I would not have bought had it not been for Tony. The other 2 dealers were withing $500 and I was about to do business with Stapp, but Tony got me what I needed for my trade. After driving a 2007 Avalon for approximately 4 years and 105,000 miles, I felt that it was time to start shopping for a new vehicle. My wife and I had considered a four wheel drive vehicle and decided to s 105,000 miles, I felt that it was time to start shopping for a new vehicle. My wife and I had considered a four wheel drive vehicle and decided to stop at Stevinson Toyota West to look at their current inventory. We were greeted by Don Rollins who showed us numerous RAV4 vehicles and thoroughly explained the advantages of this type of vehicle. Having purchased many, many vehicles over my 54 years of driving, I was expecting the typical "high pressure" approach to car sales. Amazingly, it never came; Don had a very low key approach to automobile sales and actually made it somewhat difficult NOT to purchase our new vehicle from him. We were allowed to test drive the vehicle and Don did an excellent job of explaining the features and advantages of the four wheel drive capability.
