Klaus found me answers about the break alignment and financial issue through the team work provide in the dealership. I do feel that your goal is to provide quality cars that work with the individuals needs and budget. Deb was very gracious with setting up the parameter of the finances, Mike was assuring of the financial teams follow through, Jay was helpful in getting me to follow through on previous conversations with Deb and Mike. Your parts dealers and service staff helped answers my short term and longer term service questions of our 1998 Toyota Avalon. I believe they were Derek and Rick. We went in to test drive a Rav4 - saw a prius & loved it but didn't want a car that was %100 made in Japan. We are big on made in America. We saw the Camry & fell in love. I live on the western slope. I saw the vehicle I wanted online so I set up a test drive with Klaus to let my nephew come and test drive the car, which I really appreciated.
