When shopping for a car, I visited several dealerships that I walked away from because the sales pressure was much too high. Their asking prices were ridiculous too and they knew it. Sales guy says, "Well that's the asking price. Doesn't mean they'll get it." No thanks, I don't even want to play that game.) Stevinson was hands-down the best choice with their certified cars. Toyota is a great brand that my mechanic recommended, and Stevinson was the dealership he said to try. I should have just gone straight there. I was able to shop online and saw that all of their prices were very reasonable. Adam Starbuck was wonderful and I would highly recommend him. He was the only used-car salesman I ran into that was defying the stereotype. Knowledgeable, friendly, and worked to meet my budget. He seems like an honest to goodness nice guy, and I liked that. When my boyfriend is in the market for a car, we'll be visiting Adam at Stevinson. More
I'm happy with the new car buying experience at Stevinson Toyota West. This is my first Toyota and the overall experience is favorable compared to other dealers I have been to in the past. The salesman, Tyler Woodward was very attentive and helpful. I had been wandering around the car lot and showing room for twenty minuets or so and even though he was not the first one to notice me he was the first one to ask if he could help me. The finance manager, Jay Kramer was upfront about the deal and willing to take the time to explain all the numbers to me. I can't really say if I got a great price or not because I didn't shop around. Stevinson Toyota had what I was looking for and and made it easy to trade in my old vehicle for the new one. More
Klaus did a great job working within our need to finalize the deal we wanted. Klaus handled the sale flawlessly, and made sure that after-sale issues were addressed properly and timely. These guys are awful to deal with was disrespected, talked down to, and scammed. They are selling cars as certified that shouldnt be. Bought certified found out later it was flagged for problems that w talked down to, and scammed. They are selling cars as certified that shouldnt be. Bought certified found out later it was flagged for problems that were never fix they cleared it and sold it anyway. When this happens its not covered by Toyota. You have to hope and pray the dealer will pick up the tab and you will only be able to use them. When confronted with the fact they may have let other things slide they said in short shut up and be happy we are covering this one. What about the next one? And I have to go back there these guys were rude, disrepectful, and just plain dont take pride in what they do. really should be ashamed. I dont want to HAVE to go back there and deal with these guys. I will do everything i can to inform everyone in my network to not go there for any reason anytime. No client spending 30,000 dollars should be treated with the disrespect both these people showed me. More
Test drive with Steve was excellent, we were able to check out hills, turning radius, braking. Barely any haggling necessary to get a fair price. I would recommend Stevinson along with Ray, Steve, and Debra for making the car buying experience a positive one. More
Hoang was excellent to work with in the special order purchase of my Trail Teams Edition FJ Cruiser. He was knowledgeable about the car and we were able to secure a hard to find manual transmission. Rating would be higher if we were not forced to submit to a credit check when we already had financing in place. Process took too long and since we already had external financing, we didn't need to go through their sales pitch for Toyota financing. This is not a reflection on Hoang who did a great job, but more on the policies of this dealership and others regarding pushing dealer financing. More

The car drove great as I expected it would since I had test driven a few other Hyundai's the week prior. The alignment seemed to be a little off and the car was pulling to the right. Klaus assured me that if I bought the car, they'd fix it. After a brief price negotiation, we reached a deal and went up to finance and the rest is history. The dealership mechanics did a re-alignment on the car and it seems to be driving fine. Klaus and the whole team there were very professional. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who finds a car there. More

We rented a RAV4 last fall and traveled over 5,000 miles. We were very pleased with the performance of the car while on the trip. The reason we came to Stevenson Toyota was because my mother had purchased a Toyota Corolla a few years back at Stevenson after having had a hip surgery. Ray Saccommano treated my mother so wonderfully that I remembered it several years later. When we walked up to the dealership, Ray was the one who greeted us. I remembered him right away. We purchased our RAV4 last week and we love it. Ray treated us very well as did Michael Doucet. There was no back and forth haggling. They gave us what we considered a fair price, and we paid in cash. More
