I just purchased a 2020 Rav4 from Stevinson Toyota last week and I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and my sales person Graham G. Due to back orders from Toyota, it was a rather lengthy week and I cannot say enough good things about the dealership and my sales person Graham G. Due to back orders from Toyota, it was a rather lengthy process, but Graham was so helpful and informative throughout the entire process. I changed my order a couple of times and ordered specialty parts and he went out of his way to look up specific specs to ensure that I could get the features I wanted and checked with the parts department to ensure that my add ons were compatible with this 2020 model. He was extremely responsive (answering emails and texts within the same day, often within the hour), and always made sure i had an answer to all my questions. Also, i can say that I am someone who generally hates dealerships and car salesmen, but graham was so honest and down to earth. It’s so refreshing to not be pressured during the car buying process. Also, Kendal in the finance group was super informative and did not try to pressure us into buying warranties that we didnt want. Overall, I am so very happy with the way we were treated and we will definitely recommend this dealership and Graham to our friends and family. More

Third time's a charm for us on this one. We had already been to two other dealerships and had rotten experiences and in my mind I wasn't going to go through it again.
