Sale procedure was seamless. Dealership gave me fair price for my trade in and good price for new RAV4. I had great service from Mike Emmons in the service department. He went out of his way to keep me updated my vehicle problems and repair and arranged rental car replacement so that I would be less inc department. The problem was elusive and if Mike had not been so helpful and sympathetic, I would have been really frustrated. When I decided it was time for a new vehicle I of course came back to Stevinson Toyota and met Will Douglas who was equally friendly and helpful in helping me to find the vehicle I wanted. Trading my vehicle in and getting a new one has never been so easy thanks to Will. More

No fuss, no muss, just excellent service and a great experience overall. Debie in finance was equally friendly, informative and helpful. No pressure alternives were offered for extended service plans and warranties, which we are still considering. If she had pushed, we would not be considering them at all. More
