I've been a Stevinson West service customer for about 15 years. I've seen service writers come and go, and I'm pleased (make that "very pleased") that James Russell is still at Stevinson West. Although no owner wants to spend money on repairs, by the time I've had a thorough discussion with James (he always takes time to make certain I am fully informed and if it is a complex repair he'll explain the options) and any service is performed I always feel like I've gotten my money's worth and that the job was done right. The lease on my 2009 Honda Civic had just ended and I was looking to buy a used car with 4WD. Tyler was great. I had been working with another Toyota dealer off and on for over a year and was unable to find a car that fit my preferences. We went to Stevinson to find a car for my mother and within a few hours I drov for over a year and was unable to find a car that fit my preferences.
