From the minute we walked in we felt that there was a genuine interest in providing the car that we were looking for. Even though we weren't ready to buy after he had spent 3 hours with us Alan was very pleasant without a hint of annoyance. We told him we were going to think on the decision for the night and he was very open to allowing that to happen. There was no heavy handed tactics and it's a good thing because that would have been a deal breaker for me. When we came by the next day everything went incrediblt smoothly despite the fact that they had to get my vehicle from across town. Alan personally went and picked it up, made sure that it was detailed and ready for me when I got there to take possiession of my new vehicle. It really was a pleasant experience much unlike the last time I bought a new vehicle from another dealer. More

However, walking in to Stevison and meeting with Hoang and Klaus changed my mind completely. Ofcourse no one likes to deal with the financing part which took awhile, but it was a Saturday at the end of the month (expected to be busy). Hoang worked with us and didn't push or make us feel pressured. Klaus took the time to have the vehicles ready that we wanted to look at and answered all of our questions.
