From start to finish we found that Adam was highly informative and helpful. He was able to understand our situation and give us insight into the purchasing process and our ability to finance. Once I had submitted a credit application he was very thorough on the followup. I never felt ignored or blown off. Our experience with Jay Kramer was also great. He was very friendly and presented several options for us and explained each one in great detail. He also looked at our personal situation and was able to make specific recommendations. He was meticulous and looked at every minute detail he could. We really appreciated it. Our overall experience was a welcome one, we had suffered an accident on our way in and Adam went to great lengths to make us all very comfortable. He made sure our kids had drinks and snacks, as well as showing us around. In our situation Adam also was considerate and helped our relatives out as well, seeing what way they could be helped even though they weren't sales customers (they were the other party in our auto accident). Our time at the dealership could have been shorter, but in light of our situation I felt like it was because the staff was doing more to help us and our relatives out as opposed to dragging feet. One thing that I could suggest for improvement is looking at how much paperwork can be done ahead of time seeing as to how the website lets you do a credit application, I would have liked to have done more of it electronically and beforehand. Based on our experience we would definitely recommend this dealership for people looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I've purchased my first 2 brand new Scions (tC and FR-s) in 2008 and 2013. I personally wouldn't turn to another auto dealership other than Stevison Toyota West. The customer service in the Stevison Toyota West facility is second to none. I'm the type of individual that will continue to bug for quality and quality is what you get at this dealership. I was greeted by a manager, financial advisors, sales individuals and all had great personalities. It wasn't the typical "Here's the paperwork, fill it out" and be on your way. There was great conversation about family, laughs over jokes, and a huge congratulation as I purchased my new car. Now that I remember there were two sales people sending me off as I left the dealership. I also received a call two days later to see how I liked my car and if there was anything I needed from the dealership. William Douglas was a "no hassle" salesman. I came into this dealership looking for a used Toyota Tacoma. I was looking for a very specific truck. He showed me many different used trucks and then introduced me to the new Tacoma.
