I request that this goes straight to the General Manager, and perhaps all the way to Ken Stevinson. How do I say enough good about Jami and Debbie? These two are top notch. Stevinson Toyota West is extremely fortunate to have the two best in the industry working there. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Other dealerships advertise the best car buying experience, but there's no way their people can deliver as well as Jami and Debbie did last night. If I were a billionaire, I would be buying something new from Stevinson 2-3 times per month, just because of Jami and Debbie. They are the best and the brightest I have ever experienced at any dealership - or in any other industry. As far as I am concerned, Jami and debbie deserve special recognition for taking the initiative to be the best at what they do. Actual "Customer Service" is pretty rare these days; Jami and Debbie are part of an elite few, who have not forgotten the definition of "Cutomer Service". This is the 4th vehicle myself or my family has purchased from Ray. He is by far the best salesman I have ever worked with. He is attentive, friendly and patient. She was able to work my financing for me even after the guys in the "tower" actually turned me away. With her creative financing and repore with the lenders she was able to get me what I was looking for and beat the offer I had from my credit union. I don't have great credit and am aware of that but the idea of getting into a vehicle with a lower payment etc was part of my plan so that I can rebuild my credit. I would advise though that the guys who work the deals initially in running credit and so on be a little more receptive to those of us who don't have great credit because I had pretty much been told that I would not be approved and I left thinking that I wasn't going to be able to get a car, UNTIL I talked to Deb and she helped me out. I've been a Toyota customer since 1973 and I just can't say enough about the quality of their vehicles and the customer service they provide. I usually keep my vehicles for many years and it's nice to have the peace of mind knowing it will be reliable and dependable for years to come. I met Will Douglas at Stevenson West. I was ready for a new truck after 16 years of service with my T-100. Mr. Douglas was very friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted a Tundra but I don't hall or tow so I didn't need the big V-8. There was one on the lot that was 4 wheel drive, 4.6 V-8, and in my opinion, just the right truck for my needs. It has a lot of nice extras without a lot of stuff I'd never use. I had done some homework on the Tundra and had a price in mind. Mr. Douglas was very professional in working with me to meet my goal. I was able to leave that night with a beautiful new truck. Mr. Douglas was very helpful in making sure that my experience with Stevenson was relaxed, comfortable, with no pressure. I never thought I'd say this, but it's almost fun going to Stevenson. Back in, I believe April, I came into Stevenson to test drive the 2012 Tundra. I did not have an appointment but was assisted by Adam. Adam was a joy to chat with and he answered all my questions with ease drive the 2012 Tundra. I did not have an appointment but was assisted by Adam. Adam was a joy to chat with and he answered all my questions with ease. Unfortunately I was only shopping at the time and decided to hold off on purchacing a new vehicle. This past weekend, Aug 4th, I came back to Stevenson after setting up an appointment with Will to go shopping once again with the intent on buying within the week. Knowing exactly what I wanted and doing my homework already I kinda made Will's job an easy one. His exact words were 'your making my job easy today'. I had one other dealership with the exact truck in a color I'd rather have but didn't really want to travel the extra distance unless Stevenson wouldn't work with me on the final cost. The fianl numbers were similar but I've been a customer of Stevenson for awhile and prefered to keep that relationship. Will made my buying experience pleasurable and simple. Once the paperwork was settled with Debra I was placed into my new truck and out the door. Thanks to everyone at Stevenson. I'm very pleased with my new Toy! Chris More
Sam has a nice calm confidence that put me at ease right away. On my first visit I was trying to decide on a direction for a more up-to-date vehicle. Sam offered some info regarding the 0% finance promotion thru July and since I had been saving for a new car that really peaked my interest. He answered my questions, gave me his phone number and the next day was right there to look at inventory for me. I had a specific model in mind which was not listed in the on-line invetory. He didn't make any promises or try to talk me into buying something else and I ended up with the vehicle I wanted. I waited a few days for the truck carrying my choices to arrive and in the meantime signed a contract to take advantage of the finance option. It was easier than buying a pair of shoes. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly without being intrusive, and very prompt when questions needed answered. He didn't really try to sell me anything actually, just took care of getting me what I wanted. Debra from finance was so clear and dextrous with all the paperwork, even as tedious as that process is I was made to feel at home. That was especially nice since I was feeling a bit ill. I was given the opportunity to consider extended warranties and an alarm system and the hot tea really helped. Debra is really, really good at her job. More

Additionally, Steve Sertich (finance) was awesome! He wrapped the deal up quickly with exceptioal customer service. We are Stevinson customers for life. More
