We came in looking only to test drive a car that was on our list of possibilities to buy. Will was great at letting us do just that, no pressure, just drive. Will was great at not bugging me too much in that time frame, something that would have kept me from going back rather than encouraging me to go back. He did a good job of researching a few possibilities for us and when we scheduled a time to come in, he was ready. He did a great job of showing us just what we were looking for and did not try to dissuade us into something different. We found the car we love and are very happy. Steve Sertich was very good, friendly and efficient with the financing process (always the least favorite part of buying a car!). It's been over 10 years since we purchased a new car and these guys made it a pleasant experience. Thank you! More

What I also appreciated very much is that he was not pushy at all (my prior experience has been that car salesmen are quite pushy)but really listened to what I needed and wanted from a car. After a test drive that I almost didn't take, I fell for the Prius C and was so comfortable with Will that I decided to purchase the car through him instead of going to another dealership where I had a previous contact. Despite it being a very busy Labor Day, I moved through the signing process quickly and could drive my new car off the lot that day! More
