I asked if they had the 2020 tundra 1794 edition in smoked masqute. Pretty specific, Jimmy said they not only had one but two in stock and would have it ready within a few hours to see. As soon as I got there Jimmy was very friendly and wanted to know exactly what I wanted in my Tundra. After a short test drive I was sold on the car. After waiting no longer than 10 minutes Jimmy came back with a more than fair deal and added in a bed spray for free. Could not be happier with my Tundra and the customer service I got from Toyota West. Highly recommend! More
