Test drove many different cars on Saturday. Our last visit was to Stevinson Toyota West. Jami met us at the door and quickly zeroed in on what our needs were. I went to Stevinson's to try and buy my first car. I had never purchased a car on my own, and was quite nervous. Klaus was there to help me through the entire process. KLAUS IN THE HOUSE!!!!! Klaus gets kudos from me and my wife! Our first visit with Klaus was about 6 months ago but the timing was not right for us to buy a car and I told Klaus we would be back. We spent over an hour with him testing and questioning him, then said we have to wait. He never showed any attitude! Second time around we called Klaus for our new vehicle and when my wife called, he remembered her name and mine. That meant a lot to us. We were undecided on a new Highlander, a RAV4, and thought about a new Venza too. We took the RAV4 for another test drive and Klaus actually let us drive the Venza home to see if it would fit in our garage!! Klaus answered every question I threw at him and more. We were in and out after test driving in about 2 hours!! Klaus did not pressure us at any time. He was very calm and well mannered, he knew his vehicles and was very polite! Will and Debbie provided me with the absolute best car buying experience I have had. Will worked with me first on the phone and listened to me about what I was looking for and what I could afford to spend buying experience I have had. He found me the right car without any hard sell or trying to get me to switch to something pricier. When I got to the dealership for my test drive, he had everything in place for me to be able to buy that car. And because I wasn't trading in my other vehicle, Will even helped me get both cars home without any argument to find another way. Following my decision to buy the car, Debbie King worked with me to finalize my financing and to get me an extended warranty and gap insurance at a price that kept me within my budget. This is an uncomfortable ordeal usually, but not with Deb. She made me feel valued and I left our transaction knowing that she absolutely had my back. I never thought I would say that the experience of buying a car was pleasant, but that is exactly what it was. I got to the dealership ready for a fight and left their biggest fan. I will recommend Stevinson Toyota West to anyone who asks and will buy my next vehicle from them thanks to Will and Deb. More

Best experience I have ever had purchasing a car! Tony and Kevin were both available, honest, helpful, offered suggestions, and I never felt rushed (I was the one rushing!) or pressured. They did a great job of explaining everything I needed to know about what seemed at first to be complicated with the navigation and radio system. They took their time showing me how to operate and really went the extra nine yards to make sure I understood.... and they accomodated my busy schedule. I feel comfortable using all the features now, but know if I have a question, they are available for me. They have said many times that they are available for further questions and to stop by any time for help or questions. I will recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a car. So far, I love everything about my new Venza! I am a realtor and drive lots of folks around in my car. Will fill confident recommending Tony and Kevin! More
