I came in one day just starting to look at Toyotas. I really didn't know what model would be right for my needs. I have never had such a pleasant experience buying a car before. Will was very friendly, made sure I was getting all the information I needed, and extremely helpful in getting me through the process of buyi before. I felt like he sincerely cared about me. His trainee Michael Doucet was also very nice and was able to answer any questions I asked him. When they referred me to Michael Doucet to take care of the financing part they walked me upstairs and waited with me until it was time for me to fill out the paperwork with Michael Doucet. Michael was also friendly and thorough and before I knew it, I was done. The building was very clean and the seating areas were comfortable. I can honestly say that I had a lot of fun buying my car. After finding out I was charged for a service that never happened. It caused the 4wd in my FJ to stop working. I was given the run around for a while. With recommendations to fix the vehicle, that ended up happened. It caused the 4wd in my FJ to stop working. I was given the run around for a while. I ended up taking the vehicle to a different mechanic, who was able to correctly diagnose the problem, and it was related to the front diff never been serviced (even though I was charged for it). I was able to talk to the Customer Relations staff, and the service manager and was able to get the charged service, that never happened, reimbursed. I was happy to see that Stevenson was willing to accept their mistake, and willing to do something to make it right. More

I have always dreaded the car buying experience, but this was the absolute best. Denny was fun, had a great sense of humor and I never felt pressured to buy anything.
