I recently purchased a 2013 Highlander from Stevinson. I was dreading the ordeal of buying a new car, but it was getting to be time. I visited Stevinson several times, first while I was still considering other manufacturers, second after I had narrowed the choice down to a 4Runner or a Highlander, and a couple more times after the purchase to finalize some details. I dealt with Stan Hoffman during each visit. Mr. Hoffman did not match my profile of the dreaded car salesman. He was genuinely friendly and low-keyed. He did not use any high-pressure tactics.
