This is the worst dealership to buy a Toyota in the nation I can assure you that, and I’d steer clear of any Stevinson dealerships- Your business is not valued here and if you’d like to feel like a “nu nation I can assure you that, and I’d steer clear of any Stevinson dealerships- Your business is not valued here and if you’d like to feel like a “number” in a big system this is your place! We came in today to test drive and buy a new tundra. My spouse and I were completely ignored and had to inquire @ the desk for help (they were quite busy) So then 2-3 min later a salesman walked up and acknowledged another couple with children which he thought was the reason for the page/call to the sales desk but apparently these people were also being ignored so we were second in line for service! So we continued to wait for help and a salesman that was sitting at his desk near the window saw this whole show & situation so im sure he felt obligated and got up to help us…After asking about new Tundras with the salesman & availability we found out they had (1) in stock but in a configuration I really wasn’t interested in (double cab) but I still wanted to see the truck since I hadn’t seen a 2022 yet. The salesman grabbed the key and we met @ the door to walk to the vehicle, as we walked out there was already a couple inside the vehicle as it was left unlocked in the parking lot…awkward. They apologized to the salesman and assured him they weren’t buying it but “just wanted to see it” as I found out they had just purchased a used vehicle from this salesman. So after the unannounced couple exited the truck we briefly looked it over and sat in the vehicle, we decided we both liked it and would like to drive it. The salesman agreed and said he would just need a DL & insurance so I provided that documentation. He said to go ahead and get in, start it up and meet him near the customer parking so he could put a license plate on it for the test drive. I got in the truck, the salesman walked away with the couple that bought the used Lexus from the salesman recently and after several attempts I realized the vehicle wouldn’t start because I was given the key to a different 2022 tundra white crewmax (the color and model I actually wanted) 😡…that was actually sold..across the parking lot…WOW SO I get out of the truck, my wife waiting in the vehicle while I go to get the CORRECT key and I walk up to the salesman’s desk who is with 2 other customers and made a joke about how he gave me the key to the one I want but it’s sold and he acted like I was a disturbance but said he would swap it out for the right key…After 5 min or so and running upstairs, over to the managers mezzanine area and back he seemed puzzled…As this happened I get a call from my wife who is sitting in the truck that another salesman came up to the tundra, has the key and is wanting to test drive the vehicle SHE IS SITTING IN. He treated her like she was no longer welcome and insinuated that she needed to get out of the truck. She exited the truck embarrassed and told me we would have to wait until their test drive was done…although we were here before this customer and WE were first in line to test drive the vehicle. As I hang up the phone and I’m standing next to the salesman that had been helping me the other salesman that stole the key walks past us with the test drive plate and out the door saying “we’ll be right back” in the most patronizing way I’ve ever heard. After that crap the salesman next to me said “sorry” and assured me the customers that “cut us in line” aren’t buying that vehicle so don’t worry you can still purchase it…WHAT A JOKE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO MOUNTAIN STATES TOYOTA! More
Ordered a new 4Runner from Michelle at Stevinson. The vehicle I ordered included the sliding rear cargo tray. At the time I ordered it, Michelle told me that it would delay the delivery of my truck. I vehicle I ordered included the sliding rear cargo tray. At the time I ordered it, Michelle told me that it would delay the delivery of my truck. I assured her that I wasn't in a hurry and that I wanted the cargo tray. When the truck came in only a few months later, I asked why it was there so soon. She told me that Toyota tells them to lie about how long it will take so customers aren't frustrated when it takes longer. She failed to mention that the truck didn't have the sliding rear cargo tray. They were pressuring me to get in and get the truck off their lot, so I did. When I got home that evening, I realized the cargo tray wasn't there. I've now received every excuse. First, they said it would delay the truck. I told them I knew that. Then it was that it would have been a special order. I ordered the truck, so I don't know how that mattered. Finally, when her manager called, he said Toyota won't put the cargo tray into 4Runners coming to this region. (Colorado). It's very clear that they cared far more about a sale than customer service. The manager told me that I didn't have to buy the truck, but that completely overlooks the fact that NOBODY told me it was missing. Once I realized it (with 10 miles on the odometer) nobody offered to let me bring the truck back. Just full of it. There's other Toyota dealership here. More
My 2021 Rav4 purchase was almost as easy as any Amazon purchase. I contacted Stevinson Toyota via e-mail with the exact car, trim, and accessories I wanted. Graham was able to find the exact vehicle I wan purchase. I contacted Stevinson Toyota via e-mail with the exact car, trim, and accessories I wanted. Graham was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted and within a few hours everything was confirmed - price and everything. The next day I came in with the deposit, and all that was left was to wait for the vehicle to be delivered from the factory - like with any new car purchase right now. Got the call a few months later, and I got my brand new car. Overall, the car buying experience with Graham and Stevinson Toyota was excellent! Simple and easy as pie. More

It’s a crazy year in buying a car with inventory so low. Working with Tony was easy and stress free. We felt we were treated fairly, most importantly. Working with Tony was easy and stress free. We felt we were treated fairly, most importantly. More
Recently learned about this website. A little while back while looking into multiple sporty cars, Lou Haddad went out of his way to ensure I was able to test drive one of the new Supras. While it was back while looking into multiple sporty cars, Lou Haddad went out of his way to ensure I was able to test drive one of the new Supras. While it was not the car for me, the whole experience was 1000% better than every other dealer I went to. Thank you. More
I test drove a 2019 Mazda MX-5 and wanted to trade in a 2006 Mazda MX-5 with 35,000 miles in pristine condition. Carvana offered me $7,348 and Carmax offered me $9,300. Stevenson had the audacity to offer 2006 Mazda MX-5 with 35,000 miles in pristine condition. Carvana offered me $7,348 and Carmax offered me $9,300. Stevenson had the audacity to offer me $4,000. The salesman, Frankie, was fine but if you are going to want to trade in a car, go elsewhere. More

I tragically struck a deer near Buena Vista, CO. My Tundra was totaled and shopping for wheels was immediate and critical. Ken Burns went waaay above the call of duty to assist me in the purchase of a Tundra was totaled and shopping for wheels was immediate and critical. Ken Burns went waaay above the call of duty to assist me in the purchase of a 2002 classic immaculate Tacoma with 150K less mIileage than my beloved Tundra♥️. I bussed into Union Station and Ken picked me up at the west rail line in what is now my new beautiful used truck. The finance department held my downpayment until my insurance payment arrived, 2 weeks instead of the anticipated 1 week. That was Lindsey Grey. Nothing but superlatives for the entire Stevinson Group. Decades long reliability , honesty, integrity is all I've known from the Stevinson Automotive Group. Thank you Kent Stevinson.
