Great customer service I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy in sales & AJ in financing. Jimmy and I spoke mostly through email, for about 2 weeks. He wasn't pushy at I had the pleasure of working with Jimmy in sales & AJ in financing. Jimmy and I spoke mostly through email, for about 2 weeks. He wasn't pushy at all and tried his best to give the most helpful information possible. He was very prompt in his responses and very friendly. As I couldn't go to the dealership myself, I had to send my parents and Jimmy was very helpful in getting them up to speed and making sure everyone was on the same page. Even after purchasing the vehicle and taking it off the lot, Jimmy made sure to let us know that if any future questions/concerns came up, that he would be more than accessible to help us. AJ was also a pleasure to work with. As I am currently living out of state, he made sure to speak with my parents and myself and make sure we knew everything regarding financing. He had to send me my contract via mail, but he was very thorough in marking where my initials/signature were needed, and even had tabs for when I needed to flip the page. It truly was a pleasure having this experience with Stevinson Toyota West and with Jimmy and AJ. More
