I am a loyal customer and have great confidence in their care of my RAV4. The wait time for an oil change is obscene…. 3 hours is cars too long when I have made an appointment for service. The time has doub care of my RAV4. The wait time for an oil change is obscene…. 3 hours is cars too long when I have made an appointment for service. The time has doubled in the last year. I have always waited at the dealership. It’s temptation go elsewhere for this service. I live in Evergreen. Add I my commute time and the whole process takes 4 hours out of my day. There is much room for improvement. Stop overbooking. More

Not the quality service I expected- the service rep was inaccurate & misleading - didn’t trust her! Said I needed brake line flushing every 25 K yet I’ve always taken my Toyota to Stevinson’s & they had no inaccurate & misleading - didn’t trust her! Said I needed brake line flushing every 25 K yet I’ve always taken my Toyota to Stevinson’s & they had no record of it ever having been done & I’m at 175K mileage! I think it was a slow day & they were scamming me- or else they’ve scammed me along l! She said they’ve never had the brake machine before so couldn’t do the service- yet none of my multi-list screening items have been marked as needed! This is just one of many con stories I heard from her. They also recorded my mileage wrong & haven’t been resetting the car computer to alert me to maintenance needed and we’re “all out of window stickers” for oil change tracking! I think this place has gone downhill- they use to pay attention to detail and I felt they were trustworthy but not anymore! More

Couldn’t be happier with how easy it is to drop off your vehicle to get serviced. Cole the gentleman who took care of mine explained everything so well & made sure to get services done that was needed under vehicle to get serviced. We will be back since it’s easy to walk around and do other things. More
