I made a service appointment online after hours for the next morning at 7:30am. I arrived 5 minutes early and was promptly greeted by Brian Ballard. Inside the showroom, everything was nice and clean with plenty of seating areas so social distancing was not a problem. Exactly 1 hour later I received a text that my vehicle was ready, just as promised. I know this was just a basic service, part of the Toyota 2 years maintenance plan but the previous two services at another dealer back in FL did not go as well so xxxxxxto Stevenson Toyota West for having a perfect streamlined system in place for your customers and to Brian Ballard for a top notch service experience.
