Upon arrival in the service lane it took a few minutes to be greeted. There were multiple customers that pulled in and just wondered who was going to help them. A simple “We will be right with you” would’ve be greeted. There were multiple customers that pulled in and just wondered who was going to help them. Biggest issue was not getting adequate instructions on the complexity of the dash displays. Sales person eager to move on after closing the deal, didn't get back to us on a tutorial on the complexity of the dash and display screen. This was our 9th purchase from Stevinson but the first since Abuty's acquisition. Very disappointed. More
Great customer service but I did have to wait a long time to be checked-in. Seems they are allowing too many appointments and the line to get checked in is not great. But once I was seen, Tyler was great! to be checked-in. Seems they are allowing too many appointments and the line to get checked in is not great. But once I was seen, Tyler was great! More

I took my Camry in for 50,000 mile service which only involved an oil change since I had my tires rotated where I bought them for free. I had a 10:00 am appointment, and was told it would take at most 9 involved an oil change since I had my tires rotated where I bought them for free. I had a 10:00 am appointment, and was told it would take at most 90 minutes, which itself is long. But they had a special discount, so I decided to do it. I arrived a little early, and was told that it would take longer than promised when I made the appointment. After discussion, the service rep said he would try to keep it under 2 hours. They did keep me aware of the increasing time, but that didn’t make me feel good. Eventually I got the car in 3 1/2 hours which is ridiculous for an oil change. I was told the people that make the appointments don’t communicate well with the workers, and he even said AI was part of the problem. I had just bought a new 4Runner, and the Camry i brought in for service I had bought there4 years ago. I have bought several cars there, and in fact I started getting new cars there in 2007 when the service department was actually good. Purchasing a car there has similar issues in that my feeling is that as soon as you sign on the dotted line your sales person doesn’t give you enough time to make you familiar with all the technology in the car. We are going to have to go over there again to get some of that sorted out. I may not buy my next Toyota there given the service and sales process. More
