I found Nelson to be knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, and almost more importantly a great source of first-hand observations on past Toyotas that he has owned that let me make my own decisions with confidence. Terrible! Bought a used car and trusted their fully inspected paperwork. 5 days later I take it to a Honda dealer for a recall issue and they find a leak in the suspension and another leak in the timin inspected paperwork. 5 days later I take it to a Honda dealer for a recall issue and they find a leak in the suspension and another leak in the timing belt tensioner. $2.300.00 repair that they won’t honor their reputation!! Don’t trust them! More
