I recently had my clutch fan seize, exploding in the engine compartment, puncturing my radiator, damaging wires and hoses, and ultimately rendering my vehicle undriveable. I’m a commission based sales rep, and can’t afford to be without my car for too lomg. I had my car towed 76 miles to Stevinson Toyota West. I notified Scott that my car would be arriving via tow truck after hours. I told him what happened, and he quickly ordered parts and got my car in for repairs the next day. Three days later, I’m back on the road and my car is as good as new. Scott is always so pleasant and professional. He is very communicative and helpful, always going above and beyond making a tough situation easier to manage. More
