Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! We have purchased many cars before and have never had a better car buying experience! Tony was easy to communicate with and provided timely responses We have purchased many cars before and have never had a better car buying experience! Tony was easy to communicate with and provided timely responses to our email inquiry. Best price was provided within an hour and the price quoted was within a couple hundred of our target price. The few negotiations needed were very easy and took literally seconds over the phone. When we arrived at our appointment time at the dealer (we were a few minutes late but Tony was very gracious about it) Tony was waiting for us and even had the SUV parked under a shade tree and running so it would be cooled off. Test drive was typical. Tony took the time during the sale and at the handoff to provide information about the Sequoia that we didn't know even after owning one for the past 4 years! The finance manager, Kendall, was very efficient, nice, and to the point without rushing us. She knew from Tony that we wanted to expedite the transaction. Absolutely no pressure to buy the service packages. Total time from drive up to driving off the lot with our new Sequoia was 2 hrs and 15 minutes!!
