We have given sales at this location multiple chances to sell us a new car. We are loyal Toyota owners, our family has leased 3 times in the last five years and we have always gone elsewhere. We were guaranteed that an SR5 qualified for a lease special but once the truck was transferred to their lot, suddenly, they didn’t want to honor the lease special. The manager said he didn’t need to honor it and wasn’t going to. We went through credit check, etc. had car transferred and they basically lied to us. The manager talked disrespectfully to me and treated me like I was trash. We were well qualified and the Toyota website clearly states this vehicle qualified for special as well. Horrible customer service, treats customers like trash, do not attempt to purchase a vehicle here. More

Kudos as well to Chance Barnes the following day when Ricky was off. He was well briefed on my situation and picked right up. I am very impressed in a world where service seems to be a dying art. The technician who diagnosed my car was outstanding and thorough. He obviously knows his business. Lastly, Rafael Gomez in sales went over and above to work on a deal for me. What a lovely young man. Even Chris, who first fielded my call and set my appointment was amazing. Thanks to all of you. I won't forget it. More

I thought the insurance company low balled the estimate. Kendall, the Used Car manager kept my trade-in off the lot until I could get a second inspection. She kept in close contact with me. I just can't say enough about this. She had no reason to do it; I had already bought a new car. I think it must be because there is a culture of doing right by the customer. So refreshing. More
Graham Goguen provided a much better Toyota experience than two other Toyota dealerships in town i had spoke with as well. Graham is knowledgable, straight forward, honest and good at what he does. Unfortunately due to high demand and very low inventory-waitlists still on Highland/Grand Hybrids we were unable to buy a car from Graham. He did quickly find us a grand highlander hybrid to buy but was missing some things we really wanted so passed. I would still highly suggest you seek Graham out to work with on your next Toyota purchase. More
I just bought a 2024 Tacoma TRD off road truck from the salesman Kevin and I give him 5 stars he was knowledgeable about the vehicle and was pleasant to work with. After we purchased the truck, they installed a clear bra and tinted windows, which were installed with their professional ability. We would buy another vehicle from Kevin again at this facility again. The closeout personal were very pleasant as well. we never felt pressured at any time. More
Over the past decade I’ve had mixed experiences with this dealer, primarily their service department. I do most of my own maintenance because I’m very particular about work on my vehicles. I’ve seen their service department make some errors that are avoidable, such as using incorrect fluids. That said, I recently decided to purchase a used Toyota 4Runner at this dealer after having spent several months looking for a vehicle. While the 4Runner was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, the salesman really helped seal the deal by working with us to get the vehicle inside our budget. Despite being a “no haggle” dealer on price, Roman Tafoya let me inspect the vehicle in their shop and then negotiate on parts needing replacement so we got the vehicle set up to best meet our personal needs. I’ve walked away from plenty of used car salesmen for being pushy, dishonest, and unreasonable to work with. Roman Tafoya was none of these things. I appreciated his down-to-earth approach to working with us, being fully transparent, open to negotiation, and respectful of our time and budget. For a working stiff like myself, who can’t afford to waste a penny and takes his family’s safety on the road very serious, I was happy to work with Roman and know I was helping pay an honest man’s salary with the purchase of our vehicle. More

I purchased this 2009 Toyota Prius less than a year ago, and have been quoted by Stevinson Toyota West, the same dealership I purchased the car from, close to $7000 in repairs. When purchased, all seemed we and have been quoted by Stevinson Toyota West, the same dealership I purchased the car from, close to $7000 in repairs. When purchased, all seemed well, however, this was my first hybrid and I soon learned it was the car and not the driver for several issues. These "recommended" repairs include safety concerns regarding the headlights leaking water and not functioning properly, the combination meter malfunctioning (speed limit and more), and the touch screen (heat and AC functions). I have had to replace tires, and other numerous maintenance repairs such as spark plugs, filters, transmission fluid, and inverter coolant are now "recommended". I feel many of these items should have been addressed before the sale of the car, but the management team was quite cold with me and, I quote, "that to provide (me) with an affordable car, they do not do any repairs or maintenance on their used vehicles." This was solidified with I am out of luck as they already helped as much as they could (they did provide a battery replacement that they incorrectly diagnosed as it was the combination meter going out). I am a single parent on one income and a full-time student, I work in education, I am not made of money and need a safe car. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and the service from the management. At a bare minimum, they could have at least replaced the spark plugs, fluids and filters before the sale, or worked with me on the outrageous cost of repairs for a $10,000 plus used vehicle. I get it is a risk to buy a used vehicle, but this was a money grab and poor business practices at play. I was able to get the repairs quoted for less than HALF of what they quoted me and will be getting this sorted next week. I will not be going back, nor will I change my mind about this company and its practices. Big folks kicking the little ones down. Yuk! More
I had a wonderful experience at this dealership thanks to Mr.Kevin! Like most people, I hit the inevitable moment, where I had to pass my truck on to my wife, and I needed a new one for work. I've only ever bought one vehicle from a dealership in the past, in Texas and it was a lemon. This gave me a horrible experience financially for 4 years that really stung and i guess you can say ir was traumatizing for me, So I was very nervous to come into this dealership because of that but I'm glad I did, Kevin legit made this fast, simple and painless for me, but the best part other than the amazing warranty coverage, the great apr%, and a great monthly rate shout out to luis! The best part is driving off in my new truck, without a single doubt of "what if?"... Knowing that if any mechanical problem surfaces, I will be okay because they set me up for success. I truly hope that when it's your turn to make an investment in yourself that you have the opportunity to work with these gentlemen and leave knowing you did the right thing. Truly, thank you Kevin and thank you Luis for putting me in my dream truck! More
