Just wow! we recently bought a car through these charlatans. We bought a used RX350. We also paid well above market value. Do you think these xxxxxxxx could have done their job fully? Heck NO! We had to send the car three times through the detail shop only to literally discover food debris still all over the interior of the car. The windshield was so dirty when we left you could not see through it while driving into the sun in the west. The previous owners grime was still caked on the steering wheel and the door jambs still had mag chloride and other debris in the thresholds. Now on to the service side of things. The air filter and cabin filters were not changed out like stated on the service report leaving me wondering what was actually done! The rear strut that was supposedly replaced, is still making noise and the rear hatch struts were so weak it was a safety issue in cold weather. Lastly when they handed off the key it was singular! They never said there was only one key during the negotiation phase. Clearly not fully disclosing things to their consumers. At $380 per key that was intentionally left out of the negotiation phase. After two weeks of taking possession I received an email from the general manager. I responded with my concerns and and still waiting to hear back 6 weeks later. Frankly this has to be the absolute worst dealership and transaction I have ever had in the entirety of my life.... More

Avoid Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood: A Disappointing Experience. Though satisfied with the Toyota Venza itself, my overall experience with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood was abysmal. Unrelenting pressur Experience. Though satisfied with the Toyota Venza itself, my overall experience with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood was abysmal. Unrelenting pressure to purchase a more expensive car, lackluster customer service, and a disregard for accountability left me deeply dissatisfied. The sales representative constantly pushed more expensive Lexus models, ignoring my budget preferences. Despite waiting 4 hours for paperwork, the car wasn't even detailed, a clear red flag for their priorities. An issue with the rear hatch, overlooked during their inspection, was dismissed as a "used car problem." While the service department couldn't resolve it, they referred me to Stevinson Toyota. Frustratingly, the two dealerships couldn't seamlessly handle this internally. The finance manager aggressively pushed overpriced add-on packages. Feeling pressured and exhausted, I reluctantly purchased GAP insurance and a maintenance package. Later, I discovered I could have obtained much more attractive packages elsewhere. Canceling the add-ons was a nightmare. The dealership never submitted the documents to instate a policy. Sent me in loops with Lexus Financial services to make a cancellation request ultimately landing back with the dealership. This was 3 weeks of frustration and wasted time. Despite numerous attempts to contact staff, including the GM, my concerns were largely ignored. After finally reaching Toyota Brand Engagement, within Toyota Corporate, they connected me with the dealership controller. The controller was taken aback about the painful process I was being subjected to and agreed to handle the issue herself. Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood's pushy sales tactics, communication issues, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone and advise you to purchase elsewhere. They have lost my trust entirely. More
