Chris was at the auto show and offered an explanation on the new 450 h and provided his business card to answer any questions regarding the car of my dreams :). I am a single woman and very independent but cautious regarding the way I use my money. I don't feel comfortable asking questions in a dealership. I don't want to use somebody else’s time and I don't want the pressure of buying; feeling obligated or embarrassed because of the time they spent with me. My experience with Chris was completely different. He made me feel like my prayers were answered. He was there to help me understand the advantages of the hybrid technology without any pressure to buy. I took my time in deciding, many months, and he never showed more than a genuine interest in helping me to make the right decision and at a time that was right for me. I knew, after a few conversations, that I would purchase my car from Chris, when the time was right. I now have the Lexus of my dreams because of his help. It was during your December to remember sale that my Mom and I drove from Scottsbluff NE to your dealership and the first person to greet us was Chris Rogers. I never met Chris Rogers until the day I met him at the Lexus Dealership. Strange as it may seem he was recommend to me by the owner of another dealership where Chris worked previously. He didn't even attempt to sell me a vehicle, but rather told me to see Chris and he would be honest, straight forward, and place my interests first. Since that time, Chris has become our family's automotive consultant as well as a trusted friend. He is the one individual I trust implicitly with our automotive purchases. He never once stumbled over my name or any member of our family. How he can remember all of his customers is a mystery to me, but he does! It doesn't matter how involved he may be with another customer, when he sees you in the dealership he always excuses himself and crosses the room to exchange a greeting. He doesn't forget you when the deal is done either. His personal phone numbers are available and his customer service is above and beyond any expectation I've ever encountered with other businesses. He has come to our house on several occasions, picked up our vehicle, and left us with a loaner while ours was in for service. Now that's GREAT Service!!
