At each step along the way, from Phil, the new car sales manager, to Pierce on the financial end, the process was easy and without the anticipated pressure or games. I must share with you that the car has exceeded all my expectations. . But the best part of all was my experience with Eric Bruce , he is an exceptional person of obvious integrity .
