Dear Mr. Ellis, My sincerest apology. Someone should have been available to chat or at least answered your email. I see you want to schedule service. Our service department is closed for the evening. I can have someone call you first thing in the morning to get your service scheduled if you give me your phone number - or you can tell me what you need and when you would like to come in and I will get it scheduled for you in the morning. Your business is very important and I apologize we have left you with a bad impression. Sincerely, Patty Ford Corporate Customer Relations

Dear Dr. Girling, I have spoken with our Used Car Manager, Gary Velasquez, about your 2012 Chevrolet Suburban. The vehicle was purchased from GM with 6000 miles and the vehicle inspection form does not indicate there were any issues with the vehicle. We pulled a CARFAX report at the time it was certified and there was no damage noted. We contacted Teton Motors and they said you had a window resealed for $85.86 and they reset your spare tire at no charge. Gary said he spoke with GM and they closed your case. We are in the process of contacting GM to determine what your next steps might be with regard to a claim. Please contact me if you would like to discuss at 303-302-4029. As soon as I have more information, I will be in contact. Sincerely, Patricia L. Ford Corporate Customer Relations

Patricia, Gary did not tell you the truth. I spoke with him personally on the phone prior to the repair and prior to finding out about all the front end damage and told him the cost which was over 200 for the window reseal. Gary's story about telling GM the case was closed since it was a 85 dollar repair is bull. The GM rep, Ish, told me "Steveinson does not feel they can offer any assistance." That call was on 10/10/2013. Gary had no communications with Elbert at Teton Collision which is the GM body/paint shop. I have the line item bill in front of me total of 2329.54 That includes a windshield replacement at 275.00 which is unrelated to the collision issues at hand. But the crack in the winshield was a result of an improperly repaired winshield rock chip present when we got the car. I was charged 75.00 for initial diagnosis since the collision damage is obviously unrelated to any new care warranty. Philip, As per our conversation today here are the additional items we found on your vehicle. The front bumper reinforcement is damaged from an impact to the right of center, the front bumper mounting bracket is cracked at the right lower mounting tab. The left quarter panel window opening had gouges from the glass removal that exposed bar metal and also showed signs that the original adhesive had not been removed before the glass was reinstalled, causing the glass to not seat and seal correctly. We also found sand scratches under the paint surfaces of both left doors indicating repairs of some type had occurred to those panels although the timing of those repairs in not evident. -----Original Message----- From: Philip Girling [mailto:philipg@ida.net] Sent: Thursday, October 03, 2013 5:19 PM To: Elbert Caine Subject: RE: Audatex estimate for Girling, Phillip : 2012 Chevrolet Suburban Elbert, Thanks for the information today. Appeciate your time on it. Philip Philip -----Original Message----- From: Elbert Caine [mailto:ElbertCaine@tetonmotors.com] Sent: Thursday, October 03, 2013 3:35 PM To: philipg@ida.net Subject: Audatex estimate for Girling, Phillip : 2012 Chevrolet Suburban Philip, Please find attached our revised estimate for repair. I have attached additional photos for your review. The front bumper cover is in such condition as to not be economically feasible for reuse. The cover not only has an adhesion issue but also has impact damage and damage to related parts. We were able to confirm the water leak on the left rear quarter glass was caused by an improper installation from a prior repair and some additional labor and painting is required to complete that repair. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. We would invite you to visit on site to review these issues if that is convenient for you. Elbert Caine elbertcaine@tetonmotors.com 307 739 6449 I have emailed Scott your, Sales Manager, in accordance with the Colorado Revenue Enforcement Group complaint process. I have a call into an investigator who only works M-Th at that office 303 205 5731. I am also posting this case every 3 days on a different consumer review page, some of which allow attachments. I am posting the pictures, my bill and the notes above from Elbert at the GM body shop. I told that clown Tracey I would provide reviews and he just said "your choice."

Dear Dr. Girling, We would like to try and resolve your complaint. Our General Manager contacted Teton Motors and that was all the information given. If you could please forward the pictures and documentation so we can address with GM early next week, I would appreciate it. My email address is pford@stevinsonauto.com. Thank you, Patricia Ford

Patricia, In my previous response, I embedded the originial email from Elbert Caine and his follow up-dtailing the damage visable after disassembly. You may contact him or Fred Vatter at the number listed. That way you can have all the information you like in its orginial format from the original source. I say that since Tracy insinuated on the phone I might be the cause of damage and I would prefer not to have my integrity or intelligence insulted again. And I have not heard from scott.

Patricia, You have had the detailed cost of repairs, photos and local dealer information for over a week now. (emailed to you 10/18/2013). As the dealerrater website can see, this is the same experience I had when first calling for assitance to your dealership. I have fulfilled the requisite attempts to contact your GM with no response. The complaint with Colorado Revenue Enforcement can now proceed.

Stevinson Chevrolet responded

Dear butmunch1, We purchased your vehicle from a GM auction and sold it to you shortly after our acquisition. The vehicle was purchased so long ago it takes time to investigate and contact the parties involved. As you request, we will wait to hear from the Colorado Revenue Enforcement and will turn over our information at that time. Sincerely, Patricia L. Ford

Patricia, A dealer with any integrity would accept that they sold a damaged car when confronted with the evidence and make it right. Your dealership has instead chosen to try and blame/investigate someone else. We paid Stevinson the money for the car. But its nothing but excuses after the sale. Please surf the internet for further reviews and posts of our communication and that of CRE. Butmunch1

Dear Mr. Girling, Your summary of the facts surrounding the investigation are grossly negligent and untrue. There are no similar complaints and we are unaware of criminal prosecution of any repair shops related to your vehicle and the interview with Stevinson staff did not occur as you allege. We ask that you cease these false rumors about Stevinson or we will be compelled to contact our attorney for defamation charges.
