Left Truck on Tuesday morning at 7:00 am when they opened and was told they would start on diagnostics by early afternoon. I explained we were on vacation in Breckenridge and need to return on Saturday. Ev and was told they would start on diagnostics by early afternoon. I explained we were on vacation in Breckenridge and need to return on Saturday. Everyday I called and they said they were busy and would get to it by end of day, Friday evening Sal told me he hadn’t completed the diagnostics. I got him to admit it hadn’t moved from the spot it was out into on Tuesday. I picked it up on Saturday morning, had to rent a truck from Enterprise to get back to Kansas City, and had to sell the truck to CarMax in Denver. Worse Chevy dealer experience of my life! More
