I took the opportunity to lease a new Equinox on NYE. With Nate’s help we got it done. The experience went smoothly and I love my new car! Thank you! With Nate’s help we got it done. The experience went smoothly and I love my new car! Thank you! More

We were greeted by a salesman who exceeded our expectations. Jeffrey Laurito was honest and earned our loyalty back to Chevrolet. Instead of walking out and purchasing a different car we bought a 2026 Suburban our 8th Chevrolet. It wasn’t service or management that kept us clients of Chevrolet it was our salesman. He was fast competent, honest and he worked tirelessly to help us. I have never written a review but this one was well earned. Jeffrey was amazing. More

Took my 2016 Camaro in for 2 rear tire sensors, 12-18-2025 $200.49 Car was running fine with 56k miles on it no issues. {Please check it out let me know how cars doing.} Get a estimate pushing $5, 12-18-2025 $200.49 Car was running fine with 56k miles on it no issues. {Please check it out let me know how cars doing.} Get a estimate pushing $5,470.00. Needs new water pump. Remember 56k miles, should be good for atleast 100k {There comment, Severe coolant leak} But no warning lights or smell of radiator fluid ever. Nothing in garage on floor, mind you car sits in a heated garage. ($1,289.00 for water pump and sensor repair) Next they tell me it has a Timing gasket cover leaking, small leak they tell me $3695.80. repair. A couple more hundred in simple fluid changes and we're at $5,470.00 Estimate quoted. (Ok lets do tire sensors and water pump.) 2 days in shop. Get the call to pick up Camaro. Pay the repair bill, Go from Dealership to west 6th ave, notice no heat in vehicle. Get on highway still no heat, turn around on Union to return car to service dept. When off goes the sensors, and check engine light in vehicle stating it is overheating / turn engine off. WTH? Baby car back to dealership 5:45pm. Seriously Livid. (O-were sorry, Ill get it back into service as soon as I can and well get it right for you)...Get it right? Clearly the vehicle was never tested after repairs, never driven, just crappy work and here you go on an Immaculate Camaro. To say I'm Livid is an understatement in this dealership. When our vehicle came in the door for simple tire sensors. Tomorrow is a call to their Service manager Brian Ballard to express this lack of running a good dealership service department, with incompetent mechanics working on peoples high end vehicles. Just livid over this. Not acceptable at all for Chevy! Lets not forget, CAR WAS RETURNED DIRTY AFTER BEING LEFT OUTSIDE OVER NIGHT AND WORKED ON when it went in Immaculate LIVID Customer A Sheep amongst Wolves. Pathetic! More
