Not very satisfied with their salesman who sold me a new truck. Arrogant, ignorant, and snotty. I will refrain from naming the long haired xxxxx. In spite of being a cash buyer still ran my credit so he could try to get me into their system. IRATE ... Their service department was a different situation, I have been in there a few times, and they always get me in at both of our conveniences. However, I just had an alignment done and I'm 100% positive they did nothing, as nothing changed! Jeanine is great to work with (my opinion), she has treated me very well. My appointment was for a Monday, however it appeared that the service dept was backed up with work from the previous day and my car was not ready fro me for 3 days.
