They did not waste time or energy trying to convince me to spend money I wasn't comfortable spending and outfitted me with the exact vehicle I need to pull a travel trailer and fit my family comfortably. She respected that my trade in was still MY vehicle, and politely asked for the keys and permission to do the standard pre-trade checks. While ensuring that the paperwork was accurately and efficiently completed, Jinous was equally attentive to making the transition from the old to the new vehicle a seamless process. Kevin was also quite professional and considerate. In light of the fact that I'd not-had-a-five-star-visit just a couple of days earlier, he graciously apologized and assured me that Stevenson Suzuki of Wilmington deemed customer service and satisfaction as a priority. By his words and actions, Kevin demonstrated courtesy and professionalism throughout my visit...even during price negotiations. After completing the purchase, I was presented with the freshly washed/cleaned vehicle in which I happily drove away.
